How long does my order take to ship?

Prairie Moon is a small‑batch operation, which means everything is made fresh — not mass‑produced. Because of that, your order needs about 3 days to be prepped before it ships out. Good things take a minute, and this one’s worth the wait.

Do you offer international shipping?

Prairie Moon doesn’t ship internationally — we keep it domestic only.

What is your return policy? 

Digital Product Policy

All digital products are non‑refundable. Once you download it, it’s yours — permanently. There’s no “returning” a digital file, so all sales are final. If you’re unsure about anything, ask before you buy.

Membership / Subscription Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Seriously. You’re not trapped. When you cancel, you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your membership closes out automatically. And just so we’re clear: I don’t offer refunds for unused time or last‑minute “oops” moments.

Custom orders are final sale.

If it’s custom, made‑to‑order, or created specifically for you, it’s yours. No returns, no exchanges — no exceptions.

•For everything else, you’ve got 7 days.

If something isn’t working for you, you can send it back within 7 days of receiving it. No drama, no long explanations needed.

You cover the shipping.

Return shipping is on you — I don’t reimburse postage or labels.

The product must come back in its original condition.

If it’s used, damaged, or looks like it lived a whole life before coming home, it won’t qualify.
