Each Reiki session begins with a brief discussion of your goals and concerns. Sessions may be performed with light touch or hands held slightly above the body, depending on comfort and preference.
Animal sessions are guided by the animal's willingness to participate. Some animals choose close interaction, while others prefer receiving Reiki from a distance within the same space.
